Rules of Membership

  1. All Ku Members must agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations set out by Allied Promotions Ltd.
  2. All members must be 18 years of age or over – A proof of ID will be required.
  3. Members may sign in a maximum of four guests for temporary entry into Candy. Members signing in guests must take responsibility for their guests conduct at all times. All guests must be over 18 year old.
  4. If a member that has signed in guests leaves Candy, the signed in guests must leave at the same time.
  5. Members must treat all customers and staff with respect and consideration. Anti‐social behaviour will not be tolerated.
  6. Members must take care of all facilities and equipment provided by the bar, including toilet areas, pool table and outside areas.
  7. Members are expected to report any damages or spillages to a member of staff so that appropriate action can be taken to prevent accidents occurring.
  8. Members are expected to observe and abide by the opening hours.
  9. Members must be made aware that CCTV is in operation within the venues, 24 hours a day and the images/video are stored digitally and kept within the terms of confidentiality act. The images stored can and will be used to resolve any disputes within the terms of the rules.
  10. Members or their guests who arrive or become too intoxicated during their stay will be politely asked to leave. Members must be aware that it is against the law to serve people under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  11. Ku reserves the right to refuse entry into any venue.
  12. Membership is subject to any and all rules adopted by the Ku, and these rules may be amended from time to time without notice to or consent by the member.
  13. Memberships may be terminated at the Ku’s discretion.
  14. Any lost or stolen cards must be reported to the manager on duty.
  15. Membership cards must only be used by the individual to whom they are issued.
  16. Ku venues have a strict No Drugs policy. Any person found carrying drugs will have their membership revoked and will be refused entry in future.
